Job summary

Haleon, a world‑class consumer health company, seeks a skilled HR First Contact Solutions Specialist for Poznań, Poland with secure Slovak and English language support. You will handle Tier1 HR queries, manage absence processes, prepare standard letters, and respond to documentation requests while safeguarding data privacy.

The role sits within People Solutions, offering hybrid work, and opportunities to contribute to knowledge management and risk/audit support across HR domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, People Services, Shared Services, customer service or administrative support.
• Good understanding of HR query management, case handling, absence support, standard HR documentation and data privacy requirements.
• Confidence working with HR systems and ticketing tools such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Significant communication skills, attention to detail, Employee focus and ability to prioritise work in a high-volume service environment.
• Fluency in Slovak and English.

Responsibilities

• You will manage Tier1 HR queries covering all HR areas, ensuring cases are recorded, updated and resolved in line with agreed service standards.
• You will support absence management by guiding Employees and Managers on standard processes, documentation requirements and case updates.
• You will prepare standard statements and letters, including reference, using approved templates.
• You will respond to employee documentation requests, risk management and audit requests by gathering accurate information and escalating sensitive or complex items where needed.
• You will contribute to knowledge management by using approved guidance, identifying content gaps and sharing feedback to improve self-service and consistency.

HR First Contact Solutions Specialist – Slovakia

About the role

HR First Contact Solutions Specialist, as a part of People Solutions team, Tier1 role, is responsible for handling Employee and Manager queries, supporting absence management, preparing standard statements and letters, managing employee documentation requests, responding to risk management and audit requests, and contributing to knowledge management. We’ll trust you to provide accurate, timely, and Employee-focused support as the first point of contact for HR-related questions. You will use approved process guidance and knowledge articles to resolve standard queries, support Employees and Managers, and escape complex matters to the right teams.

Basic Qualifications

#Li-hybrid PLN 94 213,00 - PLN 129 542,60 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
