Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an HR Transition Specialist to drive improvements in HR and Talent processes using data-driven insights. You will collaborate with Process Strategy Leads, client and operational teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will analyse HR datasets, identify trends, translate insights into clear recommendations, and support decision-making with structured reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or process excellence.
• Proven experience in process optimisation within complex organisations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPIs, dashboards, metrics.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
• Experience in HR, shared services, or outsourcing.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools.
• Nice to have certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL or workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR process improvements and analytics.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of HR datasets.
• Identify trends and drivers of process performance.
• Translate insights into business recommendations.
• Analyse employee feedback, surveys, and sentiment data.
• Support decision-making with structured insights and reporting.
• Work with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics).
• Improve data collection, reduce manual work, and automate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.
