Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking an experienced Workday specialist to join our HR Technology team in Kraków. You will optimize Core HCM and Analytics, lead enhancements, and drive automation and data governance across the Workday platform in a global context.

You will collaborate with Recruiting, Performance & Talent Compensation, Security, and Integrations, delivering robust reports and dashboards while mentoring teammates and embracing agile ways of working.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience within Workday configuration, deployment and support (HCM).
Experience on Workday deployment and optimization projects in global settings.
Strong understanding of Workday data model, integrations concepts and collaborating with integration engineers.
Experience in business analysis, configuration, testing, user training and data management.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM and Workday Analytics modules.
Deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
Lead small to medium Workday enhancements and projects from design to deployment.
Drive continuous improvement through UX focus, automation, digitalization, and AI capabilities.
Develop Workday reports and dashboards.
Collaborate across other Workday modules and provide expert functional support.
