Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, is seeking a Statutory & Tax Reporting Junior Specialist to support statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit activities for Molex entities across Europe. You will contribute to high-quality financial compliance processes while developing expertise across multiple jurisdictions.

Based in Poland, you will join the European Center of Excellence hosted by Phillips-Medisize Poland, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Basic IFRS/GAAP understanding.
• Basic SAP knowledge.
• VAT and tax basics.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements and disclosures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reporting deliverables.
• Prepare supporting schedules, analyses and reconciliations.
• Support external statutory audits by gathering documentation.
• Assist in government, regulatory and statistical reports.
• Support VAT and other indirect tax compliance.
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Maintain statutory reporting documentation and audit trails.
• Support internal control and compliance activities.
• Participate in statutory reporting projects and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax and Legal to resolve issues.
• Learn and develop knowledge of European statutory reporting and tax requirements.

Statutory & Tax Reporting Junior Specialist

As a Statutory Reporting & Tax Junior Specialist, you support statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit activities for Molex entities across Europe. You contribute to high-quality financial compliance processes while developing expertise across multiple jurisdictions.

Our Team

You will be a part of new European Center of Excellence, hosted by Phillips-Medisize Poland, supporting statutory reporting, tax compliance, controllership, audit coordination and governance activities for entities across Europe.

What You Will Do

• Support the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and disclosures.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reporting deliverables.
• Prepare supporting schedules, analyses and reconciliations under guidance from senior team members.
• Support external statutory audits by gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Assist in the preparation of government, regulatory and statistical reports.
• Support VAT, Intrastat and other indirect tax compliance activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Maintain statutory reporting documentation and audit trails.
• Support internal control and compliance activities.
• Participate in statutory reporting projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax and Legal teams to resolve reporting issues.
• Learn and develop knowledge of European statutory reporting and tax requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP or local GAAP is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Basic understanding of VAT and tax regulations
• Fluent in Polish and English, both oral and written
