Job summary

Molex in Rokitki, Poland is seeking an EHS Officer to support occupational health, safety, and environmental programs in our manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with Polish regulations, Molex standards, and applicable ISO management systems while fostering a strong safety culture.

You will conduct safety inspections, support risk assessments, investigations, training, audits, and environmental reporting, and help maintain records and KPI tracking to drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Technician in Occupational Health & Safety (Technik BHP) or higher education.
• Good knowledge of Polish EHS regulations.
• Communicative English & Polish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and environmental audits.

• Coordinate incident, near-miss and accident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation, registers and legal records.
• Deliver and coordinate EHS training and onboarding.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuation drills and contractor safety.
• Participate in audits and ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 activities.
• Support waste management, environmental reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Track EHS KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
• Promote employee engagement and safety culture initiatives.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or cable assembly environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Strong English skills
• Experience supporting audits and corrective action programs.
