Skyways Technics Poland is seeking an HR & Office Administrator to support day-to-day HR, payroll, office management, and administrative tasks for the component repair workshop.
This role ensures the efficient operation of the office by coordinating HR administration, payroll support, travel arrangements, financial administration, and employee services while ensuring compliance with Polish labour legislation, GDPR, and company policies.

The role ensures the efficient operation of the office by coordinating HR administration, payroll support, office facilities, travel arrangements, financial administration, and employee services while ensuring compliance with Polish labour legislation, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
As part of the workshop start-up phase, the HR & Office Administrator will play an active role in establishing office procedures, administrative systems, employee records, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Good knowledge of Polish labour legislation and employment administration.
Understanding of payroll administration processes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Good command of both Polish and English, written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, or Business Administration.
Previous experience supporting payroll administration and employee records.
Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
Experience working within an international company is considered an advantage.
Experience working in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Experience supporting start-up operations or rapidly growing businesses is considered a strong advantage.
