A leading coffee and tea company in Poland seeks a Rewards & People Analytics Specialist to translate complex HR data into actionable insights. The role requires collaboration with HR partners and stakeholders, developing models and dashboards, and presenting findings. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Experience in Rewards, HR controlling, or HR analysis is preferred in an international environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis, particularly with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HR partners to understand and address their data needs.
• Develop and maintain data-driven models and reports to track HR metrics.
• Present insights to stakeholders to influence HR initiatives.
• Support HR business partners with efficient tools and knowledge.

Skills

Solid understanding of HR principles, practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools (MS Excel is a must)

Excellent English language proficiency

Min 2 years of similar experience
