Job summary

Hitachi Digital is seeking an HR Advisor to support Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding across the EMEA region. The role focuses on transaction processing, data accuracy, and delivering an excellent employee experience throughout lifecycle events.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Legal to resolve queries and maintain compliant records, with a 18-month temporary contract. Fluency in Polish, Ukrainian, and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with discretion handling confidential information.
• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Workday HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR requests and offboarding activities across EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including transfers and promotions.
• Prepare HR documentation and ensure accurate employee records and data quality.
