Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an HR Administration Solution Architect to design and deliver client-focused HR and Payroll service solutions across multiple countries. You will combine HR operations expertise with a consulting mindset to shape practical, scalable service offerings for TMF's global client base.

The role supports the development of TMF's global HR&Payroll Service Catalog and engages with global stakeholders, local offices, and client leadership to drive value and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Outsourcing, or HR Service Delivery environments.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and business leadership teams.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and design operational solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience explaining complex service offerings and business solutions in a clear and consultative manner.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of TMF's HR&Payroll Service Catalog, working with global stakeholders and local offices to improve service consistency.
• Design HR Administration and Payroll service solutions addressing client needs and TMF's service model.
• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR and Payroll delivery models and process design.
• Partner with Sales to support solution discussions and client proposals.
• Collaborate with operations, project managers, and SMEs to ensure scalable solutions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify risks, and drive alignment in solutioning.

Role can be located in Poland, Hungary or Romania with a remote-friendly working model).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of TMF's HR&Payroll Service Catalog, working closely with global stakeholders and local offices to improve service consistency, documentation quality, and country-specific service definitions.
• Design HR Administration and Payroll service solutions that address client needs and align with TMF's operational capabilities and global service model.
• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities to understand business challenges and define effective service solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on HR and Payroll service delivery models, operational processes, and solution design.
• Partner with Sales teams to support solution discussions, opportunity qualification, and the development of client proposals.
• Collaborate with operational teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and deliverable.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving alignment throughout the solutioning process.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities across the HRP Solutions function.

Key Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience within HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Outsourcing, or HR Service Delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of HR Administration processes and service delivery models.
• Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and business leadership teams.
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and design operational solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience explaining complex service offerings and business solutions in a clear and consultative manner.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• We would particularly like to hear from professionals with experience in: HR Outsourcing organizations, HR Shared Services environments, HR Operations leadership roles, HR Service Delivery functions, Client management positions within HR or Payroll services, HR consulting focused on operational processes and service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Payroll process knowledge and exposure to payroll service delivery.
• Experience within outsourcing, BPO, global business services, or shared service organizations.
• Consulting experience focused on HR operations, service design, or process improvement.
• Exposure to multi-country or global HR and Payroll environments.
• Experience estimating delivery effort, project scope, and resource requirements.
• Project management training or certifications would be advantageous.
