Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań invites motivated law students to join our Group Legal and Compliance team as a Trainee. You will support administrative and legal tasks in a dynamic, global company.

You will gain exposure to over 20 legal areas, work with local counsels, and participate in contract preparation, research, and project work while developing professional skills in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least one year remaining.
• Basic knowledge of law; internships or office experience are a plus.
• Availability to work at least 25h/week.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in connection with activities and projects carried out by the legal team
• Conduct legal research and prepare basic legal analyses and summaries
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, legal documents, and related information
• Support specific legal and administrative projects and assignments, as agreed from time to time.

Your future team:

As a Group Legal and Compliance Trainee, you’ll collaborate with the international ROCKWOOL Group Legal and Compliance team supporting the business in more than 20 legal areas of responsibility. We work closely with local legal counsels, and compliance managers across the ROCKWOOL Group.

What you will be doing:

• More specifically, you will:
• Provide administrative support in connection with activities and projects carried out by the legal team
• Conduct legal research and prepare basic legal analyses and summaries
• Assist with the preparation of contracts, legal documents, and related information
• Support specific legal and administrative projects and assignments, as agreed from time to time.

What you bring:

• You have completed at least one year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field and have at least one year of study remaining.
• Basic knowledge of law (previous internships or office experience will be an advantage).
• Availability to work at least 25h/week
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good familiarity with MS Office
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
