Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to drive end-to-end process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methods within a global, matrixed environment.

You'll lead process assessments, apply analytics and process mining, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact while embedding sustainable controls and governance across functions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on process engineering experience with measurable impact.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required; Black Belt is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methods.
• Practical experience with at least one process mining platform.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.

Process Improvement & Value Delivery*** Facilitate & lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery through value realization.* Partner with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities across processes* Translate process insights into clear, actionable recommendations and business cases focused on measurable outcomes* Drive a value-first mindset, ensuring all process improvements are linked to tangible business impact**2. Process Engineering & Methodology*** Apply Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methods to analyze, redesign, and optimize processes.* Conduct structured process assessments, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste identification* Develop and maintain process standards, frameworks, and governance mechanisms for consistent execution.* Design and embed controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure sustainability of improvements.* Contribute to the evolution of process engineering practices and continuous improvement culture.* Share knowledge, best practices, and learnings to drive consistency and maturity in process excellence.**3. Use of Automation, Analytics & AI*** Leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to enhance process analysis, insight generation, and documentation efficiency* Utilize data and process mining capabilities to support evidence-based decision-making and prioritization* Apply automation and AI selectively to scale process improvements and reduce cycle time where appropriate**4. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence*** Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across business units to align on process improvement priorities and execution plans.* Influence business leaders to adopt process-led thinking and continuous improvement practices.* Communicate complex process issues in a clear, business-focused manner.**5.
