Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Poland is seeking a Payroll Specialist who will manage employee payroll data (tax, insurance, leaves) and act as the main contact for payroll queries for DACH employees. The role requires very good knowledge of German and familiarity with payroll, HR, labor law; SAP/GlobalView knowledge is a plus.

The position is hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office, and a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Job Description

Payroll Specialist with German will manage employee payroll data (tax, insurance, leaves). Specialist will be point of contact for payroll related queries for DACH employees. Payroll specialist performs also post payroll activities connected to audits and controls. We require very good knowledge of German language. Knowledge of payroll, HR, labor law and SAP will be an advantage.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – Poland: Annual Salary PLN 70,500 - 139,900. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
