Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to drive end-to-end process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methods within a global, matrixed environment.

You'll lead process assessments, apply analytics and process mining, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact while embedding sustainable controls and governance across functions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on process engineering experience with measurable impact.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required; Black Belt is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Design Thinking and Agile methods.
• Practical experience with at least one process mining platform.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate & lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methods to analyze and optimize processes.
• Leverage automation, analytics & process mining to support evidence-based decisions.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and execution plans.
• Embed controls and governance for sustainable improvements across the organization.
