Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance and electrical issues within the hotel, conduct daily maintenance checks, and repair mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent guest experience.

You will direct the Engineering Department, develop plans for routine maintenance and renovations, ensure safety standards are upheld, and schedule staff accordingly while maintaining up-to-date prints and records to Hilton standards.

Qualifications

• Requires EPI Science & Technology or equivalent.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operation of the Engineering Department.
• Develops plan for completing routine maintenance and renovations; coordinates work with hotel department managers.
• Keeps all mechanical, electrical and structural prints up to date.
• Performs daily checks around the hotel.
• Schedules complete workweek coverage for engineering staff.
• Coordinates and priorities distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned-maintenance orders.
• Checks and monitors the completed work to ensure Hilton standards.
• Develops preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Supervises and participates in maintenance work.
• Provides coaching and counselling to achieve performance objectives.
