Job summary

Janardan Farms and Resorts LLP is hiring a Sales Executive - Hospitality for a hybrid role. You will engage potential clients to promote travel and hospitality services, either remotely or in office as directed by management.

The role includes lead generation across B2B agents, schools, corporates, and organizations, with travel expenses reimbursed per policy. Training and readiness reviews are part of onboarding to ensure readiness for full duties.

Qualifications

• Preferred: PG/UG in Marketing or related fields.
• Diploma in Marketing/Sales (hospitality/travel sector a plus).
• Experience: 2 years for PG candidates; 5–7 years for UG/diploma candidates in independent sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential clients to promote hospitality products.
• Generate leads from various sources including B2B agents, schools, corporates as directed by head office.
• Maintain communication with clients via phone, email and video conferencing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies with company goals.
• Attend meetings, virtual or in-person, with travel expenses reimbursed per policy.
• One week per month in office with accommodation and train fare reimbursement.
