Job summary

Paradise Travel Group in Poland is seeking a sales-oriented consultant to help engaged couples plan dream South Asian destination weddings, with a focus on resort selection, budgeting, and personalized service. This remote role requires strong communication, CRM usage, and the ability to manage reservations and inquiries from start to finish.

You will collaborate with hotels and tour operators to ensure seamless experiences, earning base salary plus commission while delivering exceptional client

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, guiding clients to suitable wedding resorts and packages.
• Answer questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations promptly and professionally.
• Retain clients through follow-up emails and meticulous service.
• Take ownership to resolve conflicts and satisfy customers.
• Use our CRM to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
• Handle necessary administrative tasks to support bookings.
