Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer
• Six months experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets)
• Basic arithmetic and literacy
• Able to stand/sit for long periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Deselect stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
