Job summary

AMS is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Talent Sourcer to partner with recruiters and Hiring Managers, developing targeted sourcing strategies and leveraging Boolean search across multiple channels to identify diverse talent for client roles.

You will engage candidates, provide market-informed recommendations, and maintain steady communication to ensure a strong pipeline for open positions. A hybrid work model and development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aligned to client needs.
• Contribute to recruitment discussions using market knowledge and talent intelligence.
• Identify and engage diverse talent using Boolean search across LinkedIn, company sites and other tools.
• Drive creative and non-linear sourcing using conventional and unconventional channels.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with complete information for decisions.
• Provide clear recommendations on shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain timely, proactive communication with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of relevant candidates for open roles.
