Job summary

AMS is recruiting a Specialist Talent Sourcer with French to partner with recruiters and Hiring Managers on sourcing for specialist and niche roles. You’ll use data and market insight to shape hiring strategies and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality shortlists, conduct in-depth candidate conversations, and propose solutions such as alternative talent pools or locations while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent sourcing within agency, RPO, or in-house environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and headhunting for specialist roles.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Able to partner with stakeholders and influence recruitment with data and insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Attention to data quality, accuracy, and compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser to Recruiters and Hiring Managers with high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop bespoke sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-hire roles using market insights.
• Use data, trends, and market analysis to refine sourcing approaches.
• Attract and engage top talent via channels including LinkedIn and headhunting for niche skillsets.
• Deliver shortlists with clear recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Conduct in-depth conversations to assess candidate fit, motivation, and potential.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to review feedback and propose solutions like alternative talent pools or locations.
• Champion exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
