Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Recruiter for the Israel and MEA markets, ideally based in Poland, with flexibility across several countries. This role supports commercial and operations requisitions, manages high-volume recruiting, and collaborates with stakeholders across diverse functions in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting internationally preferred
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for metrics and presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
• Additional language skills beneficial

Recruiter - Initial 6 months Fixed-term contract

Reports to: Sr Manager, TA, EEMEA

Language requirements - Fluency in Hebrew and English

You will support and manage a variety of Commercial and Operations requisitions across Israel, and the wider Middle East & Africa region, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and South Africa. The position is ideally based in Poland, but is also available in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, and South Africa.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience recruiting internationally preferred
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with Workday knowledge preferred
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required
• Additional language skills beneficial (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin)
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration
• Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
• Experience representing company at recruitment events and career fairs
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
