Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in Clinical/CRO/Pharma/Biotech recruitment desirable
• Knowledge of CRO industry and candidate fit assessment
• Experience with social media recruitment tools
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English; professional written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

• Drive full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies and engage hiring managers.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Coordinate process with HR, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
