Job summary

QX is seeking a QA Engineer for a contract, remote role focused on QA across AI-led applications and digital products. You will own test activities, design cases, and work with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the testing lifecycle.

The successful candidate will conduct manual testing, leverage automation tools when available, identify and report defects, and support regression testing to ensure release readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing test cases from requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with manual testing, defect identification, bug reporting and regression testing.
• Ability to analyse software behaviour, identify issues and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute QA activities across AI-driven applications and digital products.
• Design, document and maintain test cases, test plans and scenarios.
• Carry out manual testing to identify defects, usability issues and edge cases.
• Use automation tools to support testing and improve QA efficiency.
• Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to investigate issues and validate fixes.
• Perform regression testing as needed and ensure requirements are met.
