You will lead a lean, scrappy team, ship experiments, and build clear dashboards to show growth impact. A product-first mindset and trader-centric UX focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing with a track record in fintech/crypto/products.

Responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships.
• Map the funnel from first touch to first trade and identify drop-off points to optimize conversion.
• Audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments with Product and Design.
