Playground Labs is seeking a seasoned Publishing Lead to scout global indie studios, pitch our publishing services, and expand our partner portfolio. You will lead a remote team, monitor indie market trends, and craft deals that drive multi‑angle revenue.

This is a 100% remote position welcoming applicants worldwide. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 base salary plus tokens for projects, with final figures determined by experience, education and location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ global game publishing experience.
• Deep awareness of current indie game market trends.
• Strong project management with end-to-end delivery.
• Data- and consumer-insight driven decision making.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Genuine passion for games and players.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of remote game scouts to source high-potential studios for publishing.
• Research, reach out, talk to and meet with studios worldwide.
• Close deals leveraging our partner base to drive revenue from multiple angles.
• Organize data‑driven publishing efforts to ensure commercially successful games.
