Job summary

The successful candidate will lead standard operating processes, drive uniformity, manage resource allocation for projects, and establish performance metrics to monitor and improve efficiency. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in multi-country environments with diverse employee groups.
• Proven track record delivering internal SLA and performance.
• Experience standardising processes to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.
• Experience leading teams and developing team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with process development.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce standard operating processes across all support activities.
• Drive a unified approach to deliver efficient, consistent support across units.
• Lead and manage Operations Support to ensure projects are resourced and mobilised on time.
• Ensure projects have the right people, place and equipment.
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues from support functions.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure support effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational support processes.
• Bridge Operations Delivery teams and Support Functions and resolve issues.
