Job summary

Hyva in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a senior Finance transformation leader to standardise and scale the Finance organisation across EMEA, with the Poland-based FSSC as a growth platform.

You will drive the operating model across EMEA FSSC and local teams, lead centralisation, and push automation to improve efficiency and controls across regions.

The role offers strategic influence across countries, processes and systems, with emphasis on IFRS reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Shared Services.
• Proven track record leading multi-country Finance organizations in an international environment.
• Experience transforming or establishing SSC/FSSC/GBS with centralisation.
• Solid IFRS, financial reporting, audit and internal control expertise.
• Proven experience in shared services, FSSC/GBS transformation, centralisation or process migration.
• Track record in Finance process standardisation, ERP, automation or digitalisation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, change-management and stakeholder-management skills across countries and functions.
• Hands-on leadership with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA Finance operating model across the FSSC and local Finance teams.
• Drive the transition and centralisation of Finance and Accounting activities into the Poland-based FSSC.
• Standardise and harmonise Finance processes, policies, controls and reporting practices across EMEA.
• Lead Finance digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Ensure high-quality accounting, reliable financial reporting, strong internal controls and continuous improvement.
• Act as Process Owner for the EMEA Internal Control System and strengthen the regional control environment.
• Develop Finance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
