Billennium is seeking a strategic technology leader to connect enterprise architecture with real-world execution. You will own governance across four areas: enterprise architecture, technology governance, engineering leadership, and delivery quality, collaborating with CIO, CISO, IT Operations and business stakeholders to drive scalable, secure tech decisions.

About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic technology leader who can connect enterprise architecture with real-world execution. This is not a purely theoretical architecture role. You will have real ownership and governance authority across four key areas:

• Enterprise Architecture – shape the technology vision, Target State roadmap, application landscape, architecture standards and technical debt strategy
• Technology Governance – own and prioritize the Technology Backlog, balancing business needs, modernization and platform evolution
• Engineering Leadership – lead cross-functional technical capabilities across Salesforce, .NET, Power Platform and Integration, while driving engineering and DevSecOps standards
• Delivery Quality – ensure architecture compliance, define non-functional standards and introduce measurable engineering KPIs

You’ll work closely with the CIO, CISO, IT Operations and business stakeholders, helping make technology decisions that are scalable, secure and pragmatic.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a strategic technology leader who has deep architecture expertise, hands-on delivery experience and strong leadership skills.

Experience • 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in senior technical leadership • Proven architecture governance in multi-technology environments • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, ideally in project- or services-driven organizations • Track record of defining target architecture and technology strategy • Fluent English

Technical Expertise • Enterprise and solution architecture (TOGAF is a plus) • Azure and/or AWS • API-first, microservices and event-driven architecture • DevOps, CI/CD and security by design • Understanding of how to integrate AI and LLMs into architecture

Leadership • Strategic, systems-level thinking • Ability to balance governance with delivery speed and make tough trade-offs • Strong communication with stakeholders and executives • High ownership and accountability
