Job summary

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and versatile AI Solution Engineer who can independently transform business needs into secure, maintainable, and scalable digital solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of the complete solution lifecycle, from understanding a business challenge and validating ideas through prototypes to development, deployment, and production support. You will combine AI-assisted development, software engineering, low-code platforms, systems integration, and workflow automation, selecting technologies based on the problem rather than being limited to a single stack.

Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders, you will help shorten the path from an idea to a working solution that delivers measurable business value.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve digital and AI-enabled solutions that address business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements, user journeys, and process challenges into actionable solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Select and combine the most appropriate technologies, including software components, AI services, low-code platforms, cloud services, integrations, data solutions, and automation tools.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer while critically validating generated outputs.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to assess technical feasibility, user experience, business value, risks, and key assumptions before full implementation.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems, APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and identity or access-management mechanisms.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, privacy, governance, responsible AI, and engineering standards while identifying reusable components and delivery patterns for future initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience in software development, solution engineering, intelligent automation, low-code development, systems integration, or a comparable solution-delivery role.
• Proven experience delivering working digital solutions from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Practical software development and scripting skills, with the ability to work across multiple technologies, platforms, and delivery approaches.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools, generative AI platforms, and automation technologies as part of day-to-day solution delivery.
• Ability to assess, validate, and improve AI-generated code, technical content, and solution designs.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, workflow platforms, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of application architecture, authentication and authorization mechanisms, data management, and cloud-based deployment.
• Experience with low-code or no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated and manual testing practices, monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of security, privacy, governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to translate incomplete or evolving business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and practical technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical and non-technical stakeholders in agile or iterative environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive solutions from concept to production.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts, options, risks, and trade-offs in business language.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn and evaluate emerging technologies.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or a related discipline is welcome, or equivalent practical experience.
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-900 or AZ-204 are welcome but not required.
