Billennium is seeking a strategic technology leader to connect enterprise architecture with real-world execution. You will own governance across four areas: enterprise architecture, technology governance, engineering leadership, and delivery quality, collaborating with CIO, CISO, IT Operations and business stakeholders to drive scalable, secure tech decisions.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise architecture, target state roadmaps, standards and debt strategy.
• Own technology backlog, balance modernization with platform evolution.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across Salesforce, .NET, Power Platform and Integration.
• Ensure architecture compliance and define non-functional engineering KPIs.
