Job summary

DocPlanner is seeking a Data Director in Warszawa to lead the data organization and transform how data informs business decisions. You will reduce data stack complexity, standardize processes, and build reliable systems that stakeholders trust.

Responsibilities

• Simplify data stack and reduce complexity across warehouse, analytics, and BI teams.
• Build reliable data systems and ensure high data quality for confident decision-making.
• Partner with departments to identify real priorities driving impact.
