Job summary

Docplanner Tech is seeking a data leader who makes data transparent to the business, transforming how data is used by eliminating complexity and building reliable systems trusted by stakeholders. Reporting to the CTPO, you will lead a global data function and drive critical business decisions.

You will simplify the data stack, improve data quality, and partner with multiple departments to align resources with high‑impact initiatives while scaling operations across our platforms.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior data leadership role.
• Ownership of the data warehouse.
• Experience leading product analytics and/or BI.
• Experience simplifying and modernizing data operations in complex environments.
• Experience leading and evolving data teams.

Responsibilities

• Simplify data stack and reduce waste across data warehouse and analytics teams.
• Ensure data quality is consistent to support business decisions.
• Partner with departments to identify priorities and drive impact.
• Modernize operations with scalable AI workflows.
• Lead the Data function and team structure.
