Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Data Analytics Principal/Director to partner with senior client executives on data strategy, enterprise platforms, and AI transformations. You will lead FS D&A offerings in Europe, shape deliveries, governance, and long-term client relationships with advisory rigor.

You will guide delivery across complex programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor consultants while maintaining regulatory alignment and high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data, analytics, and technology consulting with leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data and AI transformation programs
• Degree in CS/IT/Math or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with client executives on Data & AI initiatives from strategy to production and adoption
• Contribute to FS D&A offerings and regional go-to-market strategies
• Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with winning strategy and storytelling
• Provide delivery oversight for FS project portfolio and key engagements
• Build long-term client relationships centered on value delivery
• Set up program vision, governance, and team structure for strategic engagements
• Advise on regulatory and compliance requirements for AI/FS contexts
• Coach and mentor next-gen consultants in FS D&A
