This remote role offers flexible hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 UTC+2) and a competitive salary. You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development to align CRM initiatives with business goals and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience developing a multichannel customer engagement strategy.
• Ability to segment customer databases and develop personalized offers.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization practices.
