Job summary

SharkNinja in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Manager, CRM PL & EE to lead CRM strategy across Poland and Eastern Europe. You will drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven programs, collaborating with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams.

The role requires strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and multichannel campaigns, with fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• CRM, lifecycle and retention marketing experience in ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Experience building and measuring multi-channel customer journeys.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (SFMC, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign).
• Data-driven with strong analytics and testing mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of CRM across Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Develop data-led customer journeys via email, SMS, push and other channels.
• Create audience segments to improve targeting and retention.
• Own regional CRM calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Media, Analytics, and Creative teams.
• Lead testing and optimization across campaigns and channels.
• Monitor KPIs like engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Utilize CRM tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Support data quality, consent management and database growth.
• Align regional activities with global teams.
• Stay ahead of trends in CRM and personalization.
• Champion customer-centric mindset across the org.
