Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management, automation systems, and project delivery.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (Poland/Europe).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of on-site AMR-based warehouse automation projects across Europe.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal functions.
• Track project schedules and coordinate on-site installation, equipment commissioning, system integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Support the management of on-site work quality, safety, and operational compliance; identify field issues and drive resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including installation records, acceptance documents, risk lists, and lessons learned.
