Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive technology leader, is seeking a System Engineer (M/F/D) in Czechowice-Dziedzice. You will drive the launch of Smart Actuators & Powertrain Systems and own integration test scripts, while acting as the System Validation Engineer for the team.

You will apply A-SPICE-aligned methodologies, perform full validation, and support bug analysis with cross-functional teams. Fluent English and Polish required; on-site role with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar.
• 3+ years in Automotive/Industrial System Engineering.
• Lab skills with oscilloscope, multimeter and circuit reading.
• Fluent English and Polish communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of Smart Actuators & Powertrain System
• Develop and manage Integration Test Scripts (functional & non-functional)
• Serve as System Validation Engineer for the project team
• Conduct full validation/verification and participate in bug analysis/fix process
• Shape R&D System Engineering Methodology per A-Spice standards
