Job summary

Anshar Studios S.A. in Katowice is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to own a broad set of IT challenges in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will provide daily IT support for developers and staff, manage workstations and networks, and oversee identity and access across systems, while driving security and continuity.

You’ll influence IT direction and tooling with the team. The role is onsite with a hybrid option after onboarding (min 3 days on site, up to 2 remote).

Qualifications

• Generalist IT engineer with broad scope across support, infra, and operations.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-organization and ownership over tasks.
• Polish language advanced level required.

Responsibilities

• IT support for developers and staff; diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare, configure, and optimize workstations; track assets and licenses.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies; onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain backups, DR procedures, patch cycles, vulnerability checks.
• Administer and monitor wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Set up and run equipment for company events (streaming, recording, cameras, etc).
