To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a H&S Specialist located in Tczew, Poland.
What a typical day looks like:
- Inspect working conditions and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.
- Identify occupational hazards and prepare relevant reports and root causes.
- Participate in occupational risk assessments and investigations of incidents.
- Maintain records and documentation related to incidents, diseases and harmful factors in the work environment.
- Manage of indicators related to working environment and measurements of harmful factors with storing and analyzing results.
- Develop, update and implement safety instructions, procedures and related documentation.
- Conduct training on occupational health and safety, fire protection and chemical handling.
- Collaborate with internal departments, company doctor and relevant authorities to implement safety objectives.
- Manage of fire protection equipment and verify chemical safety data sheets.
- Prepare reports and submit required documentation to state and local authorities (e.g., PIP, PIS).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Proven ability to independently manage safety standards and complex health and safety tasks.
- University degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations related to occupational health, safety, and fire protection. Knowledge of environmental protection matters would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and accountability for tasks and their impact on the team and organization.
- Good in English & Polish (written and spoken)
- Eligible to work in Poland (EU).
