Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Bielsko-Biała team. The role supports SpinCo efforts and focuses on end-to-end material fulfillment, inventory optimization, and supplier relationship management within a global procurement context.

Responsibilities include ensuring uninterrupted production, monitoring supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer demand, with strong MS Office and ERP SAP usage.

Qualifications

• Degree in SCM or planning & fulfilment with 3+ years of experience.
• Communicative and team-oriented with excellent organization of own work.
• Flexible and service-minded with analytical thinking.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production by fulfilling material orders according to demand and customer requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce slow-moving materials.
• Initiate and monitor actions to improve material flow and monitor supplier on‑time deliveries.
• Ensure efficient end-to-end supply chain for internal and external customers.
• Monitor payments to suppliers and resolve payment blocks.
• Foster supplier relationships on a partnership basis.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for an Fulfillment Specialist located in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.

Typical day looks like:

• Ensuring continuous production by fulfilling material orders according to demand and customer requirements
• Maintaining optimal inventory level and reducing slow-moving materials
• Initiating and monitoring actions aimed at improving material flow in the company monitoring and tracking supplier’s on‑time deliveries performance.
• ensuring an efficient end-to-end supply chain for both internal and external customers.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in SCM or planning & Fulfilment.
• Communicative and team-oriented with excellent organization of own work
• Flexible and service‑minded with analytical thinking
• Computer skills in MS Office
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• Good knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably SAP will be an additional asset
