Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software in Poland seeks an experienced EHS Expert to support operations in Poland and selected Central European countries. You will drive compliance with Polish EHS law and company standards while improving our EHS management system.

You will conduct audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, and provide practical guidance to business units. Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, and support for physical security and sustainability topics,

Qualifications

• ~5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS).
• Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with EHS audits, reporting, and management systems.

• Maintain and improve the EHS Management System (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations

Requirements

• ~5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
• Mandatory: qualifications required under Polish law (e.g., BHP specialist certification)
• Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with EHS audits, reporting, and management systems
• Ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders
• Fluent English (written & spoken) – essential for international collaboration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region

The salary range for this position is 107,300 PLN to 187,800 PLN and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
