Base360.ai is seeking a founding Growth Marketer to help reach short-term rental operators and property management companies. You will own growth channels end-to-end or across several areas, driving demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers.

You will work directly with the founder, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up, using AI to gain an edge in research, copy, and automation.

Qualifications

• Must be a fast learner capable of owning a channel or multiple channels.
• Strong interest in AI-powered marketing and automation.
• Practical experience with data-driven growth and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own growth channel(s) end to end and set strategy; launch campaigns; own results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings via paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, partnerships.
• Understand customers and how property managers switch software; identify bottlenecks.
• Run rapid experiments, test hooks and audiences; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customers.
• Collaborate with founder on positioning and messaging to drive demand.
• Track performance: lead quality, conversion, CAC, and pipeline contribution.
