Job summary

Niulix, a growth-stage fintech, is building an AI agent for credit and money management with millions of members. They are launching Money AI and seek a Growth Marketing Lead to own strategy, spend, and execution to acquire new audiences while protecting the existing engine.

The successful candidate will develop the growth plan, run multi-channel campaigns, and optimize CAC/LTV, working across paid social, search, newsletters and influencer channels from setup to measurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a track record in user acquisition.
• Hands-on in multi-channel campaigns (paid social, search, newsletters, influencers).
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing CAC, LTV, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth marketing strategy for the Money AI product from scratch.
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, newsletters and influencers.
• Manage budget, monitor CAC and LTV, and drive overall growth metrics.
