Viktor seeks a growth-focused engineer who owns activation and retention. You will design experiments, ship fixes with AI tooling, and drive measurable improvements in a conversational product through Slack/Teams integrations and cross-platform tools.

We value rapid iteration, direct collaboration with founders, design, and growth. This is a fully remote role in Europe, with top-of-market compensation and ownership of outcomes.

Formación

• Customer-first approach with data-driven decision making.
• Strong product intuition to ship fixes that move metrics.
• Proven ability to define activated users from data and diagnose funnel leaks.
• Experience shipping end-to-end products used by real users.
• Comfort shipping PRs touching databases and user data, with AI tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify where users stall from signup to first win and fix it.
• Run experiments with clear hypotheses and measure results with the team.
• Own activation for Viktor in Slack and related projects: first run and value.
• Make features discoverable with in-product prompts and nudges.
• Develop land-and-expand loops: invites, sharing, referrals.
• Instrument every change with measurable metrics.
• Tackle whatever needs building with a small team and large surface.
