Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in frontend or full‑stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6)/TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and a backend language (Ruby/RoR, Python, or Node.js).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to optimize growth metrics.
• Architect and build scalable systems supporting onboarding flows, personalization engines, and viral loops.
• Implement A/B testing and data instrumentation to measure experiments.
• Leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement and reduce churn.
