Job summary

EY GDS Poland is scaling its Business Consulting practice and seeks Senior Managers who combine delivery excellence with commercial drive and people leadership. You will lead across business transformation, SAP-enabled change, or AI-enabled change, with geography focus UK & Ireland, DACH, or Europe.

The role spans demand development, capability growth, and delivery quality, with accountability for end-to-end programs and client satisfaction in a globally integrated EY environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of consulting experience in senior roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes and contributing commercially.
• Deep expertise in Business Transformation, SAP S/4HANA, or AI-enabled change.
• Familiarity with a GDS/offshore delivery model and working with partners.
• Strong internal influencing skills and partnership alignment.
• English mandatory; German, French, or another European language a plus.
• Poland-based with regular travel.
