Job summary

Alt is growing and this role leads the growth engineering charge for the Alt marketplace. You own the seller submission funnel, buyer search and discovery, and the experimentation infrastructure underneath both, and you ship the code behind them.

Reporting to the CEO, you will build end-to-end funnels in code, stand up experiments, and push data-driven changes to improve submission volume and search-to-bid conversion.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end seller submission funnel ownership: onboarding, Snap to Sell, quote acceptance, vault intake, resubmission, fixes shipped.
• Search quality and discovery: improve ranking, filtering, recommendations, and real-time pricing context.
• Build the experimentation harness: assignment, guardrails, readouts, decision rules linked to warehouse.
• Monitor marketplace liquidity: submission volume, listing rate, bid depth, and sell-through by card category.
• Operate quarterly plans tied to submission volume and buyer conversion; weekly ship metrics.
