• Proficiency with AI tools and research for content generation and optimization.
• Autonomy to operate in ambiguity and build from zero.
• Experience working across markets and cultures across countries.
• Familiarity with sectors involving institutional buyers, healthcare, research, education, or public sector.
• Fluent English (writing and speaking) at C1+ level.

Responsibilities

• Own a warm, qualified pipeline and determine hand-off timing to the CGO.
• Shape Upside's market voice through high-impact content and institutional narratives.
• Build the AI-powered commercial engine with ICP monitoring, enrichment, and content-to-pipeline loops.
