Job summary

Readdle is looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to own the metrics behind Spark’s growth and validate impact of initiatives across the user journey. You will build event structures, design experiments, and create dashboards to empower product and marketing teams with actionable insights.

You will transform large datasets, ensure data integrity, and forecast key metrics like installs, conversions, and revenue, collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, product, or marketing analytics in a B2C or SaaS environment.
• Strong SQL and data visualization experience.
• Experience with event-tracking and user journeys.
• Familiarity with attribution, MMM, and churn/LTV modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform and analyze large datasets to identify product and growth opportunities across the user journey.
• Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and establish a single source of truth for growth metrics.
• Define, document, and QA event structures for new features, campaigns, and experiments; support monetization decisions.
• Analyze funnels across ads, store, onboarding, in-app usage, purchases, and cancellations to spot drop-offs.
• Design, monitor, and analyze A/B experiments and feature launches with statistical rigor.
• Surface insights and growth opportunities to marketing and product teams; influence roadmap decisions.
• Build forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversions, retention, and revenue.
• Ensure data integrity across tools and pipelines; collaborate with measurement vendors for attribution.
