Agoda is seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a major partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team across channels. You will shape marketing strategy, coordinate with partner marketing leadership and Agoda’s commercial and product teams, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in matrix organizations.
• Experience with performance marketing and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–3 marketing specialists and set team OKRs.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and influence ROI targets.
• Define overall marketing strategy and investment plans across channels.
• Develop annual marketing roadmap aligned to partnership goals.
• Collaborate with partner marketing leadership and Agoda product/commercial teams.
