Job summary

Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. is hiring a Group Reporting Manager in Poznań. You will own the sub-consolidation process for the Group, ensure statutory accounts and monthly reporting, and coordinate with auditors to meet strict deadlines.

You will collaborate with Legal, Treasury and Tax on group projects and drive improvements in reporting systems and procedures across Pepco entities. The role is hybrid, with on-site work 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial reporting and consolidation in large, complex businesses.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Polish GAAP with audit and technical accounting background.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the process underlying the preparation of the financial Pepco sub consolidation for the Group.
• Ensure annual statutory accounts for Polish entities and monthly reporting for all Pepco entities.
• Control function for local statutory financial statements and high-level review.
• Collaborate with external auditors to meet Warsaw Stock Exchange deadlines.
• Work with Legal, Treasury and Tax on group projects and reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial information including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and CAPEX.
• Contribute to end-to-end Fixed Assets process standardization across Pepco countries.
• Act as finance owner of the Group consolidation system and drive month-end close efficiency.
• Manage Group Consolidation Accountants and provide development opportunities.
